Shanti Raghavan is the Founder of EnAble India and the visionary behind the Purple Economy. A global leader in disability inclusion, she has spent decades building pathways for persons with disabilities to access livelihoods, dignity, agency, and economic participation. Her thinking anchors the Purple Economy in lived experience, systems change, and the belief that inclusion must move from the margins to the mainstream of society and markets. 

Dipesh Sutariya has played a key role in shaping the Purple Economy from a powerful idea into a movement. He has helped define the pathways, partnerships, institutional structures, and strategic direction needed to take the concept beyond conversations and into action. His leadership brings together policy, ecosystem-building, partnerships, and long-term movement architecture. 

Neeraj Krishnan leads the Purple Economy Movement, driving its narrative, partnerships, dialogues, sector initiatives, and global positioning. With over 15 years of experience in journalism, strategy, media, and communications, he works at the intersection of inclusion, business, policy, and market transformation. He also anchors the Purple Economic Zone concept, positioning inclusion as industrial and economic infrastructure.

Ghousiya brings a strong brand, digital and storytelling lens to the Purple Economy Movement. Her work focuses on shaping how businesses, governments, institutions and public audiences understand disability inclusion as a driver of markets, innovation, participation and economic infrastructure. She helps translate the movement’s ideas, lived experiences and sectoral work into sharp narratives and engagement formats that make the Purple Economy visible, credible and actionable.

Through communication, digital strategy and experience-led outreach, she supports the movement’s effort to move disability inclusion from the margins of CSR and compliance into the centre of economic and institutional decision-making.

Kaavya is passionate about communities and firmly believes that people are capable of far more than the world often gives them credit for. A proud Bengalurean, she is a blend of many contradictions, thoughtful yet action-oriented, curious yet grounded, and always eager to bring diverse perspectives together.

She loves listening to people’s stories, learning from lived experiences, and creating opportunities for more voices to be heard. Whether facilitating conversations, building partnerships, or driving community initiatives, Kaavya is happiest when people come together to turn ideas into action.

Debolina Samanta leads international partnerships, advocacy and global engagement for the Purple Economy Movement. With a background in Public International Law and Human Rights, she works across governments, UN agencies, multilateral institutions, businesses and civil society to position India’s disability ecosystem on the global stage. Her work focuses on building strategic collaborations, advancing Global South leadership, and scaling the Purple Economy as a global movement for inclusion, innovation and economic participation.
